Gone are the days of burning a CD of images or a DVD slideshow for clients. Insert the times of instant gratification when you receive a link directly to your private online digital photo gallery right to your inbox (say that one five times fast)! When my clients hire me, they all get a personalized photo gallery where they can view, download and share (soon purchase print straight from gallery) their images as soon as they receive their link. With Pixieset, they have revolutionized my delivery by light years! If you're wondering how I deliver my photo sessions and wedding online galleries, you are in for a good one where I walk through how to navigate the gallery and download them. This is gonna be good... If you like screenshots, you're in the right place for this navigating tutorial. But if you just want to see the video, click on the link below. After a photo session or wedding, as part of the delivery of images my clients receive an emailed link with their own personalized access code and pin number. They would then click on their link and this would show up: You're going to click on ENTER AS CLIENT". (If you share the gallery with a friend or family member, I suggest you give them the access code/password to the Guest password to avoid any alterations to your gallery.) Because I like being super thorough in making sure that my clients are taken care of, I keep this little pop up just in case you need a little reminder on how to navigate the basics of your private gallery. Once you're in, you can scroll through, click to enlarge each image and even do fun things like favorite them, share them, download them as individuals or even as a whole album. Most of the time, I pre-makea few Favorites folders for my clients so that they can just add their favorites to a particular folder. Typically, these pre-made folders are for sizes or just for them to separate what they like best for printing. After clicking on the little heart on a few of the images, you can click on the top right of the gallery and see all your favorites so far. If you're making your own folders, you can name them whatever you want. :) When you're ready to download the whole set of images, you can click on the top right download icon. ![]() Then you're going to be prompted to enter your downloading PIN that was provided to you in your initial email. YAY! You did it!
