An old friend as me if I would help him shoot a wedding during the summer. Typically, summer and I don't mesh well, but for a chance to share an amazing summer wedding--I was definitely not going to miss that opportunity. To my surprise, the weather was beautiful; not a cloud in the sky. The air was light and breezy. There were butterflies everywhere. The location: The Arboretum in Santa Ana, California. What amazing grounds and day dreamy gardens. They could've not chosen the more perfect location among their friends and loved ones, this was the perfect wedding!
Here's the a beautiful loving couple! Cheers!
I've decided that I spend so much time photographing and creating beautiful memories for everyone else around me but seem to have left my own family behind. So this is just a few of my favorites!
But first, a little background story--I'm the eldest of three girls in my family. There's me--then my sister, Krystal and youngest sister, Karina; or what I like to call them Tito and Nina--childhood nicknames. We all pretty much get along for the most part. I mean, aside from the normal sibling arguments of who drank the last of the milk, and who put the dishes away last. And my parents--well, my parents have always been such an amazing part of my life. They've always supported me in ways I never thought possible. We're all a bunch of silly kids trying to figure out this thing called life each in our own way. But it's nice to know that even though we have separate experiences,we stick it through and we're there for each other.
So, what else can I ask for? I love these folks. :)
