We all do it at one point or another. We meet someone for the first time, shake their hand introduce ourselves, exchange a quick little story, and we tell ourselves that we'll remember this person's name and what they do. But the truth is, we forget. We may remember something about their story that stuck out, what they did for a living or what they wore. So there's nothing different when it comes to meeting a few dozen different wedding vendors month after month as you plan out your wedding day. As you try and remember everyone's name and keep their phone number in your phone, remembering their business names or social media handles are not particularly on the top of the list of remembering (at least not when you're planning one of the biggest events of your lives)... This is why I'm here to help. I created a Free Wedding Vendor List Template! It’s an easy to use, ready to print and fill-out as you progress in your wedding planning and stay super organized with all the details. The best part about it is-- it's something you can pass on to the someone new, like your friends and family who get engaged down the road. It’s no secret. I am all about community over competition, especially in the creative community where small businesses and solo-preneurs are queen! In the past, I wrote all about vendor-love and how it benefits to keep a contact list on-hand. It’s a little talked about topic, so I try my best to bring it up from time to time. As a wedding vendor lover, I love sharing what others do especially when my wedding couple’s are in the market to find a local vendor to hire. I’m always more than happy to lend them a hand when they’re in the process of planning their wedding day.
